Bill Moughamer
Bill Moughamer has been the Program Manager for West Virginia University’s COHRA research project in Nicholas and Webster Counties, West Virginia for four years. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Waynesburg University, Waynesburg, PA, and his Master of Science in Education Degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. Bill’s previous work experiences prior to joining West Virginia University were in teaching, sales, and sales management. He and his wife, Bernadette, reside in Summersville, Nicholas County, WV.
Linda Brown
Linda Brown has been the Oral Evaluator for West Virginia University’s COHRA research project for 4 years. She graduated in 1996 from West Virginia Institute of Technology with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Linda worked 8 years in clinical dental hygiene before being hired by WVU. Linda was born and raised in West Virginia and now resides in Summersville, WV.
Stella Chapman
Stella Chapman has been the dental assistant for West Virginia University’s COHRA research project in Nicholas and Webster Counties, WV, since May 2005. She is also responsible for the WVU’s project database as well as other important segments of the project. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV, and is pursuing her Master’s of Public Health Degree from West Virginia University. Stella was copy editor at a local newspaper before joining the COHRA project and lives in Summersville, Nicholas County, WV.
